Locked out, can't revert to prior password, no account recovery set up. HELP

I cannot remember my LastPass password, I have no account recovery set up, I can't revert to my prior password because it has been longer than 30 days. I'm still being charged for the account, and I'd like to close the account if I can't access it. Thanks.

Following up here. Have not heard anything from customer service, and they're impossible to reach on the phone either.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. As there are no other recovery methods available for your account. The only option left to regain access is to reset your account. All the items in your vault will be deleted but you will be able to setup a new Master Password to access again.
