I'm having this problem also. Your links don't work either and the support page doesn't even render on my browser. I've been trying to get a phone number to call, but have been unable to find one.

I see the same error message that the original poster in this discussion saw.

It flashes up the signup screen for a moment and then shows the following:

"We're sorry, something went wrong

Please refresh the page and try again. For further assistance, pleasecontact us."

I was finally successful using Chrome on my iPhone. For anyone else seeing this problem, try Chrome on iOS..

Currently phone-based support is only available to LastPass Business users although we can try to assist here. When trying to upgrade to LastPass Families at this URL:https://lastpass.com/buy/families what error message do you see?
