Welcome to the LastPass Community. We apologize for the issue you have experiencing using your LastPass account. Please log out of your vault, remove the LastPass extension, add it again, once you log in you will see the option to "trust this computer for 30 days" once you enabled it, you will not have to authenticate and you will also stay logged in.
