Entry is asking me for master password before filling but it's not set up that way.

When I try to fill my personal info into a website e.g. name, address, email, etc., I used to be able to click on the LastPass prompt and it would fill all the relevant info. Now it's asking for my master password. I opened the item and see that the "ask for master password" checkbox is unchecked so why is it now asking for my MP every time?

Same **bleep** problem here and the ask for master password is turned off for the address! This is totally absurd meaning I have to permanently unlock LastPass on my browser because of this stupidity! Now that makes me not secure at all.. Stupid Devs of LastPass!

I don't want that security for addresses! I want to disable that idiotic feature I don't want to be entering in a super long password everytime I need to fill in a form! It's dumb!

If your password manager unexpectedly asks for a master password, despite being set otherwise, verify your settings, and consider reinstalling or updating the password manager to resolve the issue.

If Lastpass ever expects me to pay more money for their utility, they are dead wrong, so stop the up-selling. My computers are in a secure environment. I entered my master password when I installed the program and that was enough. There once was a switch where Lastpass would remember the master password and not require me to re-enter it for each browser session. I have a long and secure master password. Forcing me to enter this each time is ridiculous. I am now looking for a different password manager. Maybe Firefox can solve the problem. Unless Lastpass can let me have control over my security environment, my choice for this utility will slowly vanish!

If this issue persists unexpectedly, please be sure that your LastPass settings do not have the 'Re-prompt for password' engaged.

You may also want to check advanced settings for Trusted Devices , as well as the auto-logout option.

If LastPass cannot identify your IP address, it is blocked by security, or changes suddenly, then you may also be logged out until verified again.

@AshC_lp And precisely where is this setting to not have "Reprompt for password" engaged?

I'd imagine as an employee, you'd have included instructions how to navigate to that exact setting because I can't find it and I looked throughout all the settings.
