Lost access to LastPass

Question

Hello,

I've lost access to my LastPass account, it's been a while since logging in and I've forgotten my master password.

When trying to recover my account, I receive an email to the email address that my LastPass account is registered to (which I do have access to), however the emails say to check my "Security Email" which I don't recognise and do not have access to, so I'm unable to recover my account.

Can anyone help please?

Thank you for reaching out the Community.

Upon checking the account, I've noticed you have entered the incorrect master password to the vault several times, therefore. no email will be generated.

From those recent attempts, only one entry was correct and it generated the email to verify you, this was delivered to the security email address you have added. We can help you gain access, however, you need to know the master password, try variations of the master password once again for the verification email to be generated.

I've just tried each variation that it may be, however I receive the same response in the UI each time, so I'm unsure which one is correct.

Are you able to see if an email has been generated from your side to the security email address based on the recent attempts?
