These Latest Version is a Disaster

Question

Been using LastPass for 15 years with a lifetime premium pass. Since they changed the format, half the sites don't populate in Chrome and MOST sites don't even get recognized by LastPass.  For awhile, I was able to go into Advanced Option and switch back to the old version. Everything worked with the old version. They now took the function away to swtich back to the old version.

I don't know if this is a LastPass thing or a Chrome extension, but it's gotten to a point I think I have to explore another manager after 15 years.

Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? If others are seeing the same thing, maybe I'll hang on a little longer to see if LastPass can fix all these problems.

I'm currently trying to find an old version (for Chrome), which I swore they hosted, but I can't find it anywhere.

Else, it definitely is time to switch to BItWarden.... which I tried to do years ago when they did the free/premium changes (1 device only), but ended up forgetting my master password and there's nothing support can do but delete the account.  Still can't get in.. guess it's time to bite the bullet.

I had a similar issue about 10 days or 2 weeks ago with the Chrome extension. During that time, the "All Items," "Favorites," and "Recent" tabs were empty, which was quite concerning. I tried accessing my vault through the web extension and thankfully found that my items were still there... However, clicking on them (using the Launch button) did not open the associated websites, and the user/password fields on these websites were not populating correctly. Fortunately, everything returned to normal after a couple of days. Now I'm scared.
