Hello, the problem I had is already miraculously solved by a moment of life-saving epiphany, .. which ended many moments of total panic... after I remembered my email password of 16 characters with 2 special characters and a number, that i literally set 12 years ago while setting the hardest possible passwords on all my services. I did so because I joined the modern era, where passwords a gibberish and PASSWORD MANAGERS are you life and safety.. What had happened was not a malicious thief nor a gang of hackers,.. it simply turned out that my IP-address had been changed by my ISP as they have done in the passed. Now I have had some trouble with old phone-numbers and forgotten password in my time, but I relied on lastPass and above all COMMON SENSE,.. that the service that replaced 'all your passwords with a single one!' would understand that they would undermine their entire promise if they would lightheartedly block people access to the very emails they expect to unblock their passwords. If I would have been locked out of that email the implications would have been dire, and it is in the relieve and stress, but most of all disbelief that I needed to let you know.
once trusting,
Luuk
