When I open up a password item and click on the eye to "view" the password, it shows it for a few seconds then overlays it with the master password. Is there a setting that I need to change so this doesn't happen?

Thanks, nice to know I'm not crazy! Yeah, I think sometimes it doesn't change, but too often it does and it's so annoying and want to fix it.

The same thing has been happening to me! It is not on all sites but most of them. I recently moved and need to update ALL my addresses and I every time I click and view the saved password, it populates my master password. Have you reported this to LastPass or put in a ticket?

Call them, the guy actually called me back in around 10 minutes and was patient and helpful. Whatever browser you are using it's saved (somewhere). He walked me through it and it is fine now.

It was flashing at least, but now it only shows master password. Now none of my passwords are showing up. Going into history doesn't work anymore. I have to keep filling in all my form fill information.

Great. and yes, impressive to get someone but perhaps their 4th has already happened.

Put in for a call and got a quick response back. Chrome is not synching correctly. I was told to remove the extension. When you log back in to LasPass there was a message to install the extension on Chrome. Clicked on the button and reinstalled it. Went to manage extensions (puzzle piece in toolbar). Activated the extension. Then added the icon to the toolbar. Click on red LastPass icon and logged in again. Works perfectly now. Great customer service, especially for a holiday.

Yes but call them, the guy I spoke with was very helpful, even when I was getting frustrated.

Went through all the work to uninstall Chrome, reinstall, and add to toolbar. Then logged in again. It worked for 1 day. It is right back to all passwords except the ones I made myself as my master password. Says all my passwords are at risk. Probably because they are all my main password. I give up on Chrome with LastPass. Very frustrated since I need my passwords and pay for the program. Please figure out with Chrome how to keep it communicating.

I just called and they told me there is no way for them to override the show option on sites like Instagram and TikTok, which seems like it completely defeats the point of using this software...
