Vault doesn't show more password

This morning I logged in with the lastpass plugin as usual.

If I enter any of the pages where I have saved passwords, the plugin fills in the login form fields correctly.

But if I go into the “valut”, the dashboard no longer shows me either the passwords or the groups I have previously defined.

What is very strange is that if I use the export function "export all the elements of the value" the generated csv correctly contains all the passwords.

- Chrome browser

- LastPass plugin extension installed

The LastPass plugin is able to find and fill in passwords automatically, but when I access the vault from Chrome, it is empty.

I tried the cache clearing procedure that worked two months ago, but this time it did not solve the problem.

The difference with the procedure I described above is that in my procedure I did not clear the browser cache and cookies, only those of the LastPass plugin.

But clearing the Chrome cache and cookies, I finally solved the problem.

New procedure described in detail:

1.Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out

2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension

3. Clear cache and cookies only (all time) on the Chrome browser.Remember to verify if the browser is up to date if it's Chrome check under Settings > About Chrome.

4. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in, and verify if the issue persists

Im on Chrome and having the same problem.  I was able to login OK, but it showed my vault with nothing in it!  Worried I logged in on my ipad and my passwords are there (relief).  Now how to get them back on Chrome.  I deleted the Lastpass extension and restarted my computer, but have yet to reload the extension as I'm concerned I'll cause more problems.
