Please do not send the email below putting customers who lose access to their accounts in a Catch 22 they cannot get out of without help from GOD.
Some of us are getting too old for the inconsistent ways different businesses are trying to implement 2 factor logons. You are the only company I have found and use online via my internet browser and computer who uses an app to authenticate 2 factor log ons. I wish you simply just sent me an SMS text like everyone else and did not try to force your app on me or my smart phone. I do not use apps on my smart phone because I value my privacy and security and do not use location services and do not use most apps. In fact, I actually delete apps from the vendor and keep my phone off except when I want to use it to make a call or send or check on a text. I am old school and not into this Big Data, Big Brother, Little Brother Location Tracking, Information Collection, Ad Pushing world. It's a bunch of nonsense if you ask me and just another addiction to be avoided in life like alcoholism, drug addiction, gambling addition and many other things that are bad for your health and ruin it and your life and shorten it. I am talking about the phone addictions I see, the suicides I read about, the bullying I read about, the accidents I read about all due to these dumb phones. There is nothing wrong with being a follower so long as you are very careful who you follow. Otherwise, you could go right off a cliff following some fool ad on a phone or some fool on a social media platform. We have enough foolish leaders in the real world without adding to this exponentially through this technology that has absolutely no rules and regulations for safe driving. I wonder how many people will die from this technology before they put up stop signs and lights and speed limits to try to help all of us use this garbage safely? We have been running this small language model social media experiment for 20-30 years now and it is a complete disaster. Ironically, when the IT people talk about introducing large language models, the political leaders lose their minds. What morons. Like I said, we have to be careful who we follow and these political leaders the world over are leading from behind when it comes to the internet, social media, encryption, security and personal privacy. We need to protect ourselves from ourselves. C'est la vie.
