So frustrated, I need help but I need to log in for help but I can't log in! I change my password but it does not work. I authenticate my email but still does not work. This program used to be so troublefree now I waste hours just trying to log in.
OK, I solved it. It was sending a verification email to my alternate account email, not my main email. I rarely check my alternate email so that was the problem.
This is how far I get when I try to change my password. I get this screen and then it hangs indefinitely. Is this a bug? Why cannot I change my password and log in again?
