I can't see a hint to my master password in email

Unfortunately, I've forgotten my master password, so I've clicked to send a hint to my email. Email was immediately in my post, but there wasn't any hint. I'm sure, that I've written the hint to my master password, so why I can't see it? Can you fix it and help me?

Unfortunately, if the hint is blank it means nothing was entered the last time you changed your Master Password.Remember, the master password is 12 or more characters long and has at least one upper and lower case letter, number and symbol. It is also case sensitive so you may want to type it out in a text editor to check exactly how it is being entered.

Hi@"Bazooka99", thank you for the follow up. I have not been able to recreate this issue with my own accounts so far, but I am sharing this with our team. If we are able to recreate the issue we will open a bug ticket.

Finally, I've logged in my account without using one-time password so I haven't changed anything. When I log in, I checked a hint to my master password and it was there!!! So why when I want to send the hint to an email there is nothing? Can you fix it?
