Automatic log out did not work today, but normally does. Any idea why?

I have set up LastPass to automatically log out when my browser is closed, or when inactive for 30 minutes. (Running Chrome on Windows 11 Surface PRo) Did not logout of my last session, just closed the computer and charged it. Today LastPass was still logged in and active. Any idea why this would not work?

I have mine working again... here is what I THINK got it working.

I did everything they said to do in this thread above and it did not work.  (maybe it helped though so go through the motions)

I tried to go through the security settings on the left and it did not work. (Again... just try it)

What did:

* on the Last Pass extension icon on your tool bar, right click.
* click on "Options"
* under "Security" check both boxes and set a time for the log out.
* click "save"
* To test close your computer and walk away as any activity will keep it logged in.

Both mine and my husbands started working again with this.

I hope this helps someone.  I know how frustrating it is!

And, I have performed the instructions provided by LastPass in this thread.  does not help.

Me too.  The extension won't sign out on MacOS reboot.  Been happening for months intermittently.  I will cancel my subscription if this is not resolved soon.  Very insecure.
