My case 02636796 doesnt even show on my cases and I cant contact support even though they have a case number

So I have several problems trying to log in. My computer DIED and couldnt charge it so I had to get a power bank to re charge it and ACCESS my Lastpass account because even though you guys had my PHONE number and my EMAIL its IMPOSSIBLE to access my account without my lastpass master password.

I got it and in order to avoid any problems I downloaded the app and then the authenticator to avoid this.

Guess what? It gives me an error that password is NOT recognized and to check my email where I NEVER receive anything from you guys.

Estuve hablando con un mae Josue por el caso 02636796 y no solo el caso NO EXISTE y NO SALE NI CERRADO NI NADA. Simplemente NO ESTA EN EL SITIO y aparentement se lo fumaron.

Asi que mae, muevan esas nalgas y hagan algo

However, I have verified the information in your account. Most of the login attempts made show an incorrect Master Password was used, but I also see a few attempts where the verification email was triggered. Please try to log in and check your inbox for an email with the subject "Notificación de seguridad de LastPass: Intento de inicio de sesión bloqueado", it should have a link on a red box to verify it is you who is trying to access. Then if you try to log in again you should be able to access.

This email is only sent if the correct Master Password is entered.
