Welcome to the LastPass Community.

Since the account is a free version there could be some issues trying to open the account in multiple devices at the same time. Free users are not allowed to switch between platforms, because they must choose which platform they will use, mobile or desktop.

You can switch your active device type up to 3 times before being locked into one type unless you upgrade.
