cannot login to lastpass, cannot receive sms code

trying to login to lastpass from a new phone

after inputing the password, it asks the 6 digits from lastpass authenticator

since it's a new phone I don't havelastpass authenticator set up

tried to use sms code, but I didn't receive the sms codes

my old phone has been reset to factory.

tried to login from PC but got the same issues
