Unable to launch since encrypting URLs

Question

I have had problems in the past to launch a site but was always able to recover after clearing local data. However, clearing local data only works for a short while, sometimes only after launching one site. I believe this problem started after enabling the new feature to encrypt URLs. I would like to try backing that out and seeing if it resolves the problem. Is that possible?

Looks like we have a problem LASTPASS. How can we bring this to their attention and hopefully get a fix.

Foxfire browser works OK, Safari No after reboot, clear cache etc

I have similar problem. after enhanced vault security on iPad, I can't save pw edits on iMac
