I have successfully added an account but can’t see the code to use. If I try to add it again, it asks if I want to replace existing account but still can’t see the code. How do I get them to show?

In this case based on your description it sounds like you're referring to adding an account to the Authenticator, is that correct? If that is the case here's an example on how to add accounts to the LastPass Authenticator.
