LastPass Sharing facility not working

I am using the free LastPass facility. I've shared my passwords on a number of social media accounts with someone. They receive the email and are asked to sign up for Lastpass and download the App, which they do but when they accept my invitation and click launch, it takes them to the login page of the relevant social media account, but not into my profile. Anybody know why this is happening?

Do you know if they are accessing the accounts from a computer or a mobile device? If they are on a desktop computer and they have the LastPass browser extension installed and have signed into their account, the LastPass extension should show a number over it to indicate stored credentials for that site like this

Hi. I'm also having issues with sharing passwords to my colleague.

Whenever they try to access the password, it will send them to the login site but the username and password are not autofilled even though the file is already in autologin. Is there something I need to tweak in my account?
