I have my username and password stored forhttps://secure2.sla-online.co.uk/default.aspx?logo=84 LastPass works fine for every other website I use except this one. I've worked through all the suggestions onhttps://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/lastpass-wont-save-or-autofill-my-data-for-a-site-lp070007and they haven't offered any solutions that work.
From what I can ascertain, LastPass is filling the username and password into a text hint that overlays the input boxes. I.e. within the username box, it says (in grayed out lettering) "Email / Username" and in the password box it says "********" and when I click into either box the hint text disappears. When LastPass auto-fills this log in the default text is replaced but when I click into the box it all disappears (like the default text hint does).
I know it is an issue with the way this website logs in, and it looks to be a standard javascript form but when I raised it with them their reply was essentially "It's working for everyone else" and they implied that I should type them in manually.
Can anyone offer any advice on how I can get around this annoyance, or what steps the company who make it would need to do in order for LastPass to function correctly so I can pass it on to them?
