The support contacted me and solved the problem
An update.
I got an email - hours later after trying to log in - saying they blocked my attempt because it was an unknown device - understandable as I said before, I use apps like CCleaner to clean my computer and that messes with my IP - and when I click the link they sent to confirm it was me, what a surprise, it expired already.
So my password is correct, they blocked me out, and only give me expired links.
Again, what should I do?
