How do I manually edit form field names, add new fields to a form?

Question

In order to get a form on my banking app to fill all of​ the fields that need to be entered, I believe I'll need to edit the form field names or add new fields to be filled. I saw online it mentioned a Form Field Editor, but I don't see anything like that in the app and I can't get onto the website with my phone because it says is have to do a device switch to computer (even while accessing it with my phone), and I don't want to switch just to see if it might be available there.

How​ can I use the Form Field Editor?

Or has this feature been permanently removed? If so, why?

If​ I can't use the editor, how can I get my bank login page to fill correctly? It's BancFirst, if that helps.

Here's the Form Field Editor that I mentioned, which I do not see anywhere on the Android app (beta version 6.23.0.12589, currently up-to-date)
