Unfortunately your account had a temporary hold on the billing system, we had submitted a request to the finance team to have it remove. In the next 24 hours will send you an email with an electronic quote for you to make the purchase

Your subscription was linked to Apple Services, but didn't renew, however it was linked. We have sent you an Electronic Quote on a separate email. This quote will allow you to update your billing and payment information., at the same time you'll pay for your yearly subscription, it is a one time payment and will automatically stay for auto-renew on your account.

Your account previously subscribed through your mobile app store. I've removed that preference now, so you may attempt to purchase directly through lastpass.com.
