I am having this exact same problem and I have had a ticket open with support for months and no one is able to resolve it!!! I need help removing my linked account so that I can relink it to show up properly. It currently is broken, where it shows my account as "unlinked" in the Account benefits screen, however I am not able to link, nor am I able to remove it.
