Is there a security role that allows resending an invitation withoutbeing able to modify other user attributes?I read https://support.lastpass.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=lastpass&topicId=LastPass/uac_custom_admin_permissions.html&_LANG=enus, and it seems that we need to create a custom Helpdesk Admin role that allows modifying users. that gives more access than I'd like. The Helpdesk Admin role description states "They can reset master passwords for users". I was hoping that this higher level of access would also allow resending an Invite, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Thoughts?

That's what I thought. I granted the Helpdesk Admin role, but this person does not see the Resend Invitation option after putting a checkmark next to an account with an expired invitation. Should I open a support case to have this looked at.

Yes, there is a role that can resend invitations without full admin access. The Helpdesk Admin role in LastPass is designed as the least-privileged admin role and includes the ability to resend an invitation, along with tasks like disabling MFA, requiring a master password change, ending sessions, and adding/removing users or groups.
However, the Helpdesk Admin role does not allow modifying other sensitive user attributes beyond those operational tasks. It does not grant access to vault contents or policy management. The ability to reset master passwords is mentioned in some contexts, but typically only for users (not admins) and often requires additional policy configuration.
If you want even more granular control (e.g., only resend invites and nothing else), you’d need to create a custom admin level in the new Admin Console. Custom roles let you selectively enable permissions like “Manage Users” or “Resend Invite,” but currently, these permissions are grouped under broader categories, so you may still need to grant some user management capabilities.
