When I click on Encrypt URLs now, it just takes me to https://lastpass.com/migrate/ and doesn't go any further.
What should I do?

You may have a few options to resolve this:

* Clear the browser cache, then attempt the URL encryption again
* Try logging in through a different web browser
* Click the option to bypass the URL encryption request 3 times to temporarily delay the action
