Before I open a support case, I wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing issues with not receiving email notifications after changing their username or password.
Here's what I've done so far:
- Verified that the emails are not going to the junk folder.
- Confirmed there are no rules set to delete any emails from LastPass.
- Checked that none of the LastPass email domains are on the block list.
- Added all LastPass domains to the safe senders and domains list.
- Ensured that the boxes are checked to receive an email when the username or password changes.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
