Completely locked out of LastPass

My IoS app suddenly stopped accepting my masterpass. I was logged into to both of my PCs with that password. I tried to change the password and now I am completely locked out. The account recovery via the SMS message is broken. I get the six digit code and enter it within 5 second and it says "timed out or link is broken" Can anyone help me? I am desperate now. I can't log into anything incuding work. Thank you.
