Good luck with that! I can not even get ahold of support to fix my renewal of the family plan! My CC/Acct info has not changed in YEARS, and yet I can not renew, can not get ahold of anyone to fix this, and it wants to charge me now to switch between the PC/mobile, and it (LP) will not let me download my CSV file to leave and find a better PW management software. I'd think about switching if I were you friend.
