Where is the Export function?

And no, it's not where the support and help instructions say it is.

I have followed the instructions, which are basic, but incomplete.

There is no "Account Options" to begin with, so everything else is irrelevant.

If you use the suggested Import Function, there is still no Account Options, Advanced.

Help! I'm going in circles and all I want to do is export my passwords
