In the moment that your trust person claims the emergency access gains access to all inside your vault. Normally the requirement of typing your master password to read notes is related to a rule for master password repromptin this case the person who is receiving the information will have their own rules on their vault meaning it will not be required to enter your master password to read notes in any case if the person has the rule enable it will that person's master password.
