Exporting when original email is no longer active:

I set up Last Pass at my previous company. I inadvertently added login info for personal items that weren't shared with the rest of my team.I've since left that company and they no longer use Last Pass. I have cleaned everything up and only my personal items remain under that account. I am unable to export those logins because the system sends an email to my former email at my job.

Is there some way to export those items? Can Last Pass staff help me? All of the items that remain in Last Pass all have my personal email as the user logins. No other logins remain for my former company.

Thank you for checking the Community.

If we understood correctly, you are trying to perform an export from the business account, if that is correct, the admin of that account must re-enable the access for you.

We noticed your business account has a personal account linked, the logs show recent activity and data. We can unlink the accounts, so the personal account does not have policies cascaded to it from the business.

Additionally, the export of data can be completed via email or the extension. If you still have access to the account using the credentials, you may use the extension to complete the export. Please, check the following:

• Export vault data while logged in via the LastPass website
• Export vault data from LastPass as a generic CSV file
