2FA: Not able to log in because I no longer have access to the registered mobile number

Hi there,

I'm not able to log in to my LastPass account even though I know my master password.

Please note that I lost access to the phone number registered for 2FA.

However,

- I know my master password

- I have access to my email address

I have submitted this form (https://support.lastpass.com/s/contact-support?language=en_US) multiple times but I did not receive any email from LastPass.

Please advise and help.
