Welcome to the LastPass Community. The user could set up 2 types of MFAS on the account. To do this have them open the vault, account settings, multifactor options, from there the user can choose to have the LastPass MFA for example and then have the YubiKey as well, once the user is setting up the MFAS, the user will need to decide which MFA is the default one and which is the back up. Also, I checked your account and you do have the ability to add 3 more users who can have their very own vault and their very own MFA if you want you could do that too.
