Not able to login and takes me to the log out page.

Question

I am not able to login to my account. After entering my email and master password, the page redirects a couple of times and takes me to the page where it says you are logged out. I have already tried with chrome and safari. From mobile and Tablet but still the same issue. This is a really urgent and critical request, please fix this as soon as possible as I am not able to access other applications.

Even I tried the account recovery option, but that too did not work. I am getting the below error.

I am having trouble, too.  LastPass wants me to change my master password, but it won't let me.  I submitted a help ticket this morning but no one has answered.  My superbowl party is about to blow up because I can't get the password I need to watch it.
