My paid premium account shows Free

Question

I have a very similar issue as some previous users. I have a premium account with a subscription lasting well into

1/26/2024 . My account shows Free. but in the account setting it shows premium Inactif. This is causing major issues and frustrations because I can only use it on a single device at a time.

I have sent several emails but no answer.

Please help!

I have paid for two years and got nothing for it. while I could have used a free account for free al this time.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Please contact our billing team by logging into our Support Page. Then use the option to Contact us, then click on Billing case. Our billing team should be able to verify the status of your subscription and proceed accordingly on this case.
