I have a very similar issue as some previous users. I have a premium account with a subscription lasting well into
1/26/2024 . My account shows Free. but in the account setting it shows premium Inactif. This is causing major issues and frustrations because I can only use it on a single device at a time.
I have sent several emails but no answer.
Please help!
I have paid for two years and got nothing for it. while I could have used a free account for free al this time.
