Just want to be sure that the email I received today telling me to install a new app for LastPass is not a phishing scam!

We can confirm the recent email it is legitimate and was addressed to all Mac users, for them to be able to complete the update to the desktop Mac App, as indicated in the steps. Take into consideration the latest two versions of the macOS are required to continue.

If you are using the desktop Mac App and Safari browser extension, please, proceed to follow the steps as indicated. If you have another browser set as default, these steps are not required, as the browser extension is automatically updated.
