In the iOS mobile app, there is a 'filter bar' or 'shortcut bar' at the top of the home screen (don't know what you'd call it). Is there a way to change the order of the items in that 'filter bar'?

The ones I use most often (payment cards) are over on the right, beyond a couple I rarely use (secure notes, contacts). Screen snip attached.
