Per the account details, we could see you had several sessions that remained open in the backend of the account, we have processed an update and closed them.
We also noticed you are using the web (lastpass.com) to access the vault. We recommend using the LastPass browser extension, as this is designed to decrypt the account and display the data as needed.
Additional step, clear the cache and cookies of the browser.
