Can you confirm this behavior in an alternate web browser?
If not, then there may be a setting blocking LastPass from launching sites.
Furthermore, which LastPass app version and web browser are you currently working with?
I don't see where it tells me a version number. I have used it previously in Edge with no problem. I tried it in Google and it did not work there either. I only use it on my laptop not my phone.
