USBank login May 2023

Since USBank acquired Union Bank in May I cannot login to my USBank account when using LastPass. The login page quickly moves to another page that wants to enroll new Union Bank mortgage customers. The page asks for a mortgage account number. I don't have a mortgage. Trying to cancel out of the page takes me back to my login page for my USBank account, but again, the page quickly moves to the mortgage customers enrollment page.

However, if I log out of LastPass I can successfully login to my USBank account.

I'm using Microsoft Edge browser with Windows 11. I've cleared the browser cache. I called USBank Support and they got to my login page where I changed my password, but to no avail.

I had Autologin enabled in LastPass's Advanced Settings. Per your suggestion, I disabled it. That solved the problem. I was able to login to my USBank account without being redirected to the Union Bank mortgage page. Thank you!

I have the exact same problem. Only it's Firefox and Chrome doing it. I don't have Lastpass set up in Edge, because I don't use it, and I can log in there.

I go to either of these login pages:

https://onlinebanking.usbank.com/auth/login/

https://www.usbank.com/index.html

And I don't even have the chance to log in. It sends me to this page:

https://auth.usbank.com/enroll/user?tenantId=USB&appId=UBCTA&channelId=WEB&partnerId=UB#/VerifyEnrollment

It started after USBank acquired Union Bank, as it looks like a page for setting up Union Bank accounts.

I just found a different login page and it worked:

https://onlinebanking.usbank.com/auth/login/?redirect=internet_banking_logon

Now when I try this link:

https://onlinebanking.usbank.com/auth/login/?redirect=internet_banking_logon

It does the same thing - sends me to the Union Bank page.

I have cleared my cache several times AND deleted any cookies associated with USBank.

I just tried it again in a Firefox Private Window and it also does the same redirect.

Would you happen to have Auto-login enabled for any of the bank login items you have in LastPass?

You can see the parameter in the password item details:

If you have Autologin enabled, it's possible that LastPass submits the form on your behalf and the bank somehow redirect you to the enrollment page.

When you have disconnected from LastPass and can access the login page, when you enter your credentials manually, do you get redirected to the enrollment page?

If you have more than 1 login item for the bank in LP, can you try all of them to see if the behavior is the same?

That is strange because when I enterhttps://onlinebanking.usbank.com/auth/login/in Chrome, I get to the login page, not the enrollment one.

@racyhave you tried the following login url:https://onlinebanking.usbank.com/auth/login/?redirect=internet_banking_logon?

Alternatively, have you tried to clean your cache or try in Incognito mode? Maybe USBank is detecting you were a Union bank user and redirects you the enrollment page automatically.

Yes. The page does not redirect and I can successfully log in.
