Same thing happened to me. I switched on my iPad and it's working just fine. But I cannot get LastPass to recognize my websites on my iMac when using Safari or on my iPhone when using the LastPass App. What a nightmare!
Henry, as the previous poster has noted, your generic guidance for cache clearing or uninstalling/reinstalling the app does not address my specific concern. Please escalate this issue to someone who can respond substantially. I've stuck with LastPass for many years now, even after the data breach, but these latest security "enhancements" have put me about one inch away from moving to 1Pass, I'm sorry to say.
I agree that this needs to be elevated IMMEDIATELY and a fix provided to users. I have been with LastPass for at least 8 years and am ready to switch to another password app.
