If the policy "Log URLs in General reports and SIEM" is disabled when LP stops logging URLs and SIEMs and you decide down the road to enable it, will the URLs that have not been logged become visible? Or are they only visible going forward?

The policy is not retroactive, therefore, it does not display past information and would only start showing the URLs on the reports from the moment the policy was enabled and moving forward. Previous reports are not modified.
