I truly apologize for the problem, please let's try to follow the steps below and let me know if that works!
Before to start make sure about your master password, make sure you can login without a problem.
1. Remove the LastPass extension
○ Open your internet browser.
○ Go to the extensions/add‑ons section.
○ Find LastPass and remove it.
2. Turn off other extensions
○ If you see any other extensions installed, please turn them off (disable them).
○ This helps avoid conflicts.
3. Clean your browser
○ Clear your browser data (cache and cookies).
○ Once that’s done, close and reopen your browser.
4. Reinstall LastPass
○ Install the LastPass extension again.
○ You can download it from this link: Download LastPass | LastPass
5. Try again
○ Open LastPass and check if everything is working now.
