I hope this message finds you well. I was checking your account and I noticed that the system sent you a verification email to the email associated with the account.
Look for the email inside your Inbox, Spam or even Deleted emails. Normally the email says: "Login attempt blocked" you just need to click the option that says "Yes, it was me" or "Verify device". By doing that process you will regain access to your account. For security since you are in a new location the system blocked your login.
