I need help. I can’t figure out how to make a hard copy of my passwords. I have the mobile version. I loaded the app on my desktop but it doesn’t allow me to see my passwords because I am a mobile user

I'm sorry but I don't understand how to export my vault. I downloaded the link that you sent me and logged in. Since I am a mobile user it will not allow me to see and export my vault.
Please explain what I should do.

Welcome to the LastPass Community!

That is correct, to print your vault items you need to make an export first. However, the export process can only be done from a computer. I will recommend installing the LastPass extension on your browser and then making the export.
