Welcome to the LastPass Community.

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account. To resolve this issue please do the following:

* open vault 
* account settings 
* multifactor options 
* disable the LastPass authenticator 
* log out 
* clear cache and cookies from browser
* log back in 
* enable the LastPass authenticator 
* once its set up again, the next time you try to log in, it will require you to authenticate
