You can always use the Customer Support web portal to create a 'billing' case, I've checked your account and noticed you previously had mobile app subscription as as the default. I have removed this setting so you may purchase directly through lastpass.com
To upgrade to LastPass Premium, log in at lastpass.com, click your profile icon, and select "Account Settings" to find the "Upgrade to Premium" option. If you're having issues, try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser. For further help, contact LastPass support through their help page.
