LastPass extension for Firefox does not remember the email address, even though the feature is enabled. Is it "just" a bug that has not yet been fixed or can i check and modify something to make it work?

I think I found the solution. I set Firefox to start always in private mode and thats why the exception could not work. Tested now 30 min and for now it is working.

log out of the LastPass extension (red square on the top right hand side of your screen)
remove the LastPass extension (right click your mouse, select remove)
clear your cache and cookies from your browser for the last 7 days (settings, privacy and security)
add the LastPass extension (download it at lastpass.com/download)
log in and test it out

Hey Heyner,

thanks for your answer but unfortunately that did not solve the problem. It still forgets my address, and it also shows me every time the „Set permissions“ screen. To give some more information: MyFirefox is set to delete all data automatically incl. cookies but with one exception of the Lastpass cookies. Maybe this is a help 4u.
