I have been using LastPass for years without a problem. This monday, LastPass' addon in my browser logged out and when I tried to login I couldn't. It said the standard message as:
To continue:
- Check your inbox for an email from LastPass: he************@hotmail.com
or
- Review your login info and try again
After that moment I was unable to receive any emails from LastPass to my valid email address. I tried these:
- Adding LastPass support and noreply emails on the whitelist,
- Pressing forgot password option to get email,
- Pressing recovery option to get email,
- Checked all folders in my email including Spam/Junk folder.
I also have 2 factor authenticator to login. No one can login except from me with this option. So the hacking option is dismissed. I cannot contact the live support because of not logging in to LastPass site This is really a dilemma. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
